OK, Tim. You talk about shooting overhand, but are you aware how fun it is to shoot low to high?
There's a time and place for low to high from a pole, but a fast break isn't one of them, especially if your attack isn't paying attention for the backup
I never said they would go in, just that they are a lot of fun.
But yes, I do know how fun it is... in practice... when no coaches are around :)
